Arabella Forge is a Melbourne based nutritionist and author of Frugavore: How to grow your own, buy local, waste nothing and eat well. She is interested in helping people to make more conscious decisions about the food we eat and understanding where it comes from. She came up with the term frugavore as she was thinking about how to cook more frugally – making the most of our food, wasting less and ensuring it’s not only sustainable but also good quality, nutrient-dense and nourishing.
