Naomi is the chef and owner of The Butter Factory in Myrtleford, Victoria. An advocate of local produce, Naomi’s menu at The Butter Factory is sourced according to the philosphy of the slow-food movement.  Naomi moved to the North East nearly 10 years ago for work with Brown Brothers and has worked in some of the top kitchens in the region.  She also recently worked with the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation to help set up the regional Foundation school in Wangaratta.
