Cake Balls

Ingredients

  1. Leftover cake (sponges, mudcakes, fruitcakes)
  2. Cream cheese frosting
  3. Shredded coconut (optional)

Method

Toss the leftover cakes (with icing) into a food processor and mix it until it resembles coarse bread crumbs.

Combine the cake crumble mixture with a small amount of cream cheese frosting just so it holds together.

Roll them up into balls and pop them in the fridge or freezer.

Coat them up shredded coconut for extra fun.
