Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients

 
  1. Shredded chicken breast
  2. Goats feta cheese with garlic
  3. Turmeric
  4. Macadamia nuts chopped
  5. Egg for binding
  6. Dash of sweet chilli sauce
  7. Gluten free flour

Method

Combine all ingredients and make meatballs the size of rumballs.

Coat with gluten free flour.

Lightly toss in wok until golden brown.

Serve with rice and salad.

Can also be coated in rice crumbs for variation.
