Christmas Leftovers Cheesy Bake

Ingredients

 
  1. Leftover turkey and ham
  2. Leftover roasted vegetables
  3. 300ml fresh cream
  4. Salt and pepper
  5. Garlic granules
  6. Grated cheese

Method

Roughly chop up left over turkey and ham and roasted vegetables.

Gently mix together and spread in an oblong casserole dish large enough to fit mixture in.

Pour in 300 ml fresh cream, seasoned with salt & pepper & if desired some garlic granules.
Bake in moderate oven until hot and bubbling.

Remove and sprinkle over some grated cheese, and bake until cheese is melted and golden.
Serve up hot or cold.
