Spanish Breakfast

Ingredients

 
  1. Potatoes
  2. Smoky paprika
  3. Ham
  4. Eggs
  5. Thick toast

Method

Cut potatoes into large cubes and slowly pan fry in oil with a sprinkling of smoky paprika until golden.

Toss with slices of ham.

In a separate pan, fry an egg for each person.

Serve egg on top of potato and ham piled on thick toast.
