Maggie Beer - Maggie is a culinary icon familiar to all Australians. With a focus on local, seasonal and fresh ingredients, Maggie's approach to food is about making informed choices. Maggie is the 2010 Senior Australian of the Year.

Vic Cherikoff - Vic is a chef with a passion for native foods, advocating the use of traditional Aboriginal ingredients. He was a co-presenter on Dining Downunder with chefs Mark McCluskey and Benjamin Christie.

Guy Grossi - Guy is a leading Australian chef, author, presenter and food media personality. For 20 years he has owned and managed numerous renowned Melbourne restaurants, including Grossi Florentino and Grossi Trattoria.

Ed Halmagyi - Ed is one of Australia's best-loved TV chefs and food authors. For the last seven years he has shared his unique take on achievable, time-conscious cookery with millions of Australians on Better Homes and Gardens. Ed's motto is simple, "when you do less, the ingredients can do more!". His new book Dinner in 10 is in bookshops now.

Naomi Ingleton - Naomi is the chef and owner of The Butter Factory in Myrtleford, Victoria. An advocate of local produce, Naomi's menu at The Butter Factory is sourced according to the philosphy of the slow-food movement.

Kylie Kwong - Kylie is a well known chef, restaurateur, cookbook writer and television presenter. Passionate about ethical and sustainable food practices, Kylie owns and operates Billy Kwong in Surry Hills, Sydney. Her new book It Tastes Better is available now.

Valli Little - Valli is the food editor at delicious magazine. Valli is the author of several delicious cookbooks, including Faking It: How To Cook Delicious Food Without Really Trying and the latest Quick Smart Cook.

Luke Mangan - Luke is a leading Australian chef and restauranteur with a number of award winning restuarants in Australia and abroad, including The Palace in South Melbourne, Salt Grill on Pacific Jewel and Pacific Dawn (P&O cruises), glass brasserie at the Hilton Sydney and Salt in Tokyo. He has also written four best-selling cookbooks and has his own successful provisions range, Luke Mangan Providores.

Neil Perry - Neil Perry is one of Australia's leading and most influential chefs and is founder of the successful "Rockpool" Empire. Rockpool in Sydney's The Rocks celebrated 20 years of success in 2009, the same year Neil opened Spice Temple and Rockpool Bar and Grill. Neil is also the author of numerous recipe books; he is the creator of a range of Neil Perry Fresh food products in conjunction with Woolworth's Supermarkets; and is a television presenter on The LifeStyle Channel.

Tobie Puttock - Tobie is one of Australia's best known chefs. He's the executive chef at Fifteen Melbourne, which he established with Jamie Oliver, and is the author of best-selling cookbooks Daily Italian and Italian Local.

Chris Taylor - Chris is the General Manager and Executive Chef at Fraser's Restaurant in Perth, WA. Chris has been an advocate for local produce and has hosted cooking classes all over the world to educate chefs about Western Australian produce.
