    Dinner-in-15-Minute Meal Plan

Quick, simple and delicious cooking is easy with a little planning. By using fresh, seasonal and local produce you can get wonderful flavours with hardly any cooking at all. The following tips can help you get on your way:

    Top 5 Time Saving Tips

    1. Stock staples || Make sure your pantry is always stocked with the basics to whip up a quick meal. Think canned tomatoes, lentils, pasta, rice and chickpeas – they’ll last in your cupboards for months.
    2. Freeze your leftovers || If you cook more than you need, freeze your leftovers for another night. Even better, make a big batch of something freezer-friendly on Sunday, and defrost small portions throughout the week.
    3. Plan || If you know you have a busy week coming up, make a plan and shop in advance. You can save yourself unnecessary preparation and shopping time and avoid dinnertime stress.
    4. Frozen vegies || Frozen vegies are quick to defrost and perfect for pastas sauces, stir-fries and omelettes. These timesavers are also good if you know fresh vegies go to waste in your fridge.
    5. Have Favourites || Mastering 4-5 quick favourite dishes will mean you won’t need a recipe book every time you want a quick dinner. It’ll also give you confidence to make adjustments based on what’s already in the fridge.

The following meal plan is a collection of our favourite choices for when you need something with minimal fuss and maximum flavour.
