Native Sydney-sider Tomislav Martinovic is head chef and owner of Tomislav restaurant in Sydney’s Darlinghurst. He has worked for world renowned chef Heston Blumenthal in the UK, where he was influenced by his bold, adventurous and experimental methods and interest in ‘multi-sensory’ cooking.
Tomislav’s inspirations are very contemporary – unique yet familiar, adventurous yet comforting – never playing it safe but always keeping the essence of each creation honest, quirky and full of charismatic flavour.
