    2

    Ingredients

    • 2 bananas (fresh or frozen)
    • 2 oranges with pith, only remove the zest
    • 2 handfuls of greens (spinach, silverbeet)
    • 1 celery stick
    • 3 cups water

    Kemi’s green smoothie

I believe the best way to start adding more raw a food to your life is to start by adding green smoothies. A green smoothie is a powerful life-infused drink that will have you wondering how you ever lived without them once you start drinking them regularly.

A blend of greens and fruit – it does not get simpler than that. This is my beginners green smoothie recipe.

    Method

Blend all ingredients in a powerful blender until smooth.

Smoothies will keep for 2 to 3 days in the fridge.
