Kemi was a professional baker and chef for 17 years. From school kitchens to some of London’s top restaurants, Kemi has worked in a wide variety of kitchens in many countries, preparing multicultural cuisines.
Kemi first read about raw food nine years ago. Since then she has been experimenting with raw food preparation and experiencing the benefits of eating raw. For the past six years, she has read widely about raw food preparation and the benefits of living raw.
Kemi has worked with young children in a range of schools and communities and loves teaching. She is a keen organic gardener, and grows much of her family’s food each year.
Kemi now conducts regular raw food classes, offers personal consultations to people working on their raw food journey and gives public talks and workshops about the benefits of eating raw food.
